CHAIRMAN KELLY brought CSHB 459(FIN) am  - MEDICAL ASSISTANCE:                 
DISABLED & OTHERS before the committee as the final order of                   
business.  He stated there was a new Rules SCS being circulated,               
and the legislation would be back before the committee later in the            
day.
